⭐ The device detects the sounds generated by leaking water using a special sensor.Next:

• The sensor detects noise traveling through the pipe, such as the sound of water pressure escaping through a leak.
• The signal is sent to the main unit, where it is analyzed and filtered.
• The result appears on the screen as signal bars, i.e., sound intensity, and a visual spectrum, i.e., sound frequencies.
• At the same time, the user hears a signal in the headphones.
• By comparing the signal gain and volume, you can identify the source of the loudest noise—that is, the most likely point of leakage.

▶️ Detection process

⭐ The process is divided into two stages:

1️⃣ Initial search — "General Detection"

• overview of the entire area,
• looking for places where the signal and volume are clearly higher.

2️⃣ Precise location — "Locating"

• comparing 16 points at a time,
• The strongest signal indicates the most likely location of the leak.

⭐ Water leaking under pressure forms:

• vibration and noise — the narrower the gap and the higher the pressure, the louder the signal,
• sound waves traveling through the pipe and into the surrounding medium, such as a wall or floor.

⭐ The sensor is optimized to detect such sounds, and the filtering helps distinguish the sound of a leak from footsteps, furniture being moved, passing vehicles, or water flowing elsewhere.

▶️ Center sensor

✅ The medium sensor is primarily designed for use in standard outdoor conditions — for example, when locating leaks in water pipes, fire protection systems, heating systems, or underground pipes.

✅ Its biggest advantage is the ability to conveniently scan a larger area and detecting a leak signal where the installation is located deeper underground or in open terrain.

✅ The medium-sized sensor is designed for normal outdoor conditions, and its range is approximately 5 m.

✅ A small sensor—specifically, a square sensor—is ideal for applications where precision and access to hard-to-reach areas are essential — along walls, in bathrooms, cabinets, narrow spaces, and for indoor installations.
